Job Description

Develop the Configuration matrix and develop the analytics for the engine variants for the remote condition monitoring system.


  • Create and Run the FMEA on the asset BoM consist.
  • Develop the configuration matrix and models
  • Develop the analytics and validate the system
  • System controls and validation
  • Participate in daily stand-ups and provide status updates.
  • Communicate and present changes/demos to customer. 
  • Document the data in the Microsoft Excel and feed it in the system. 
  • Participate in weekly review meetings and updates. 
  • Provide proper documentation and maintain quality standards



  • 5-8 years of overall experience in the relevant industry and technology
  • B.S./M.S. in Mechanical or Electrical or related fields 

Required Skills: 

  • Sound knowledge and good experience in the Internal combustion engines and it’s sub-systems


  • Strong knowledge of the components and systems functionality and interdependency.
  • Ability to identify and create the Failure modes for the engine components and sub-systems.
  • Experience with previous FMEA in engines. 
  • Perform the Analytics
  • Good understanding and experience with system controls
  • Sound knowledge in functionality with different generations of engines such as fully mechanical with no

                  electronic controls to the current generation with fully equipped control systems.

  • Must have good communication skills both written and oral.
  • Must have good presentation skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and manage time.


Desirable Skills: 

  • FMEA
  • Microsoft Office
  • System controls and Analytics
  • IC Diesel engines experience
  • Experience with Mechanical, electrical/electronics and Mechatronics components
