ARi is looking for an Account Manager with Engineering experience to join our team in East Peoria, IL. This is a full-time role with flexibility for some remote work. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and providing customer service. The Account Manager will also be responsible for identifying and resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Preferred Bachelor’s degree
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or account management

• Technical Background
• Bachelors Degree (Engineering)
• 2-3 years experience
