Primary Role

Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with required overtime. The successful candidate will be required to work on call.

Key Accountabilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following that includes but not limited to:

  • Distribution - Operational daily duties of a four-person field crew.
  • Encouraging health, welfare, and safety to customers and employees at all times.
  • Accurate job/mapcall entries and completions.
  • GIS field data shots.
  • Assist service personnel in the performance of job duties.
  • Work with supervision to complete company reports.
  • Assist with preparing daily work schedules for personnel.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Knowledge/Skills

  • Strong work ethic, time management, communication, and organizational and team membership skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Good mechanical skills.
  • Position requires the ability to lift 75lbs.
  • Computer literacy required.

Experience/Education

  • 0-2 years minimum in water and wastewater industry.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Certifications & Licenses

  • Valid Driver’s license and the ability to obtain a Class A CDL.
