Do you thrive in a fast-paced healthcare transportation environment and have a passion for helping others? AMT is seeking a Non-Emergency Transport Lead to ensure the safe and efficient transport of patients requiring non-emergency medical transportation.
What You'll Do:
- Provide Illinois Patient Transport (IPT) attendant coverage for patients needing a second provider, ensuring safety and comfort during transportation.
- Delivers compassionate patient care to all patients in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Demonstrates professional behavior and serve as a role model while exhibiting AMT's mission, vision, values, and standards. Promotes and provides a safe working environment for all caregivers within policies and procedures.
- Will maintain technician's training, certification, and license documentation.
- Responsible for transportation vehicle readiness.
- Provides timely and detailed reports regarding operational problems, issues, and/or concerns.

Qualifications
Required Education:
- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED)
- Associate's Degree is preferred
Required Qualifications:
- Valid State's Driver's license
- Minimum 2 years' work experience
- Leadership experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Comfortable learning new computer programs
- Ability to complete post-offer background check, physical, and drug screen
